At Craqlin Web, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery (as per receipt or tracking details) for unused and unworn items.

When Can You Request a Return?

You may request a return only in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or the packaging was defective.

The item had manufacturing defects.

Delivery was delayed beyond the expected time.

The delivery person did not allow you to inspect the parcel before payment (COD orders).

Important Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Safety wrapped for secure transport.

Unused, unworn, and undamaged.

Packed in a carton box for protection (preferably the same box it was delivered in).
